Returns

We appreciate your business and your satisfaction is our greatest concern. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. A return authorization number (RA) must be given prior to any order being returned. Please note that we do not pay for shipping a return to our address, nor reimburse for shipping costs.

Our shipping department will refuse any product returned without an RA. When obtaining an RA, we need the following information:

  • Your name and telephone number, along with area code, and email address.
  • Item being returned or exchanged and your reason for the return or exchange.

Please package the product in its original packaging. Please write your RA on the box. Send your purchase back to the authorized address by a shipping method that is traceable. We suggest FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail. Once the package has been received, we will happily send you a replacement OR refund the original purchase price excluding any shipping charges.
